Million Minutes On Cloudberry

Lambic-inspired wild ale brewed in collaboration with our old friend Denis Pi from XP Brew. Turbid-mashed on unmalted wheat and aged hops and fermented with WLP655 Mix. Matured in brand new plastic cube for 13 months, and then pumped down to the wine barrels with cloudberries for 12 more months.
This is a plain version infused with cloudberries and matured for a million minutes.
