Roots

Maybe you’re a little tired of these delicate, fruity-oat games with IPAs, and the time for sour ales is slowly coming to naught as the approaching cold snap comes closer and closer. A refreshing, American-style wheat ale fermented with classic, viticultural yeast and the addition of lemongrass or lemon sorghum, both revered in Asian cuisine. This cheery and positively herbal taste with lemony tones is smoothed out with banana-cream notes of wheat malts in the base.
