Soul Dance

If people could see the souls of brewers, they’d watch a flight of fancy that, when driven by an insane love of hops, cannot be stopped. New varieties appear one after the other – what truly sets them apart from one another aren’t their stories so much as the subtle play between hop and malt, a play obvious to any true lover of drink. Soul Dance – a single hop IPA with New Zealand hops Nelson Sauvin. An aroma of white wine complements the conventionally fruity notes in the pale ale. Brewed to a light, straw colour, with the softness of what malt and a restrained bitterness.
