Formerly known as White Witch. This beer is called Witches & Trolls. Why? We know why but we don't tell! The beer is a Saison, an old Belgian and northern France beer-style. At high temperatures fermented to make it very spicy and refreshing. Lots of citrus in the taste, but with a bitter finish. Light cloudy, blond.
