Mildly Darkly

Mildly Darkly is a cask-conditioned mild ale filled with character and some pleasant surprises. Clocking in at 6% ABV, it was brewed from a blend of English pale, crystal and dark malts, fermented with a distinctively fruity English ale yeast strain, and amply dry-hopped with HBC 472 hops. The result? A medium-bodied beer with sweet notes of cocoa and dried plum, and encapsulating aromas of tropical fruit, coconut and cedar wood.
