Sez Two

Straddling a line between Saison & Grisette (a lighter version of Saison) Sez Two was brewed with 60% Wheat which adds a soft and refreshing malt quality to this dry refreshing brew. A combination of Czech Saaz, German Saphir and New Zealand Wakatu hops were employed to add floral and spicy herbal notes with a slight lingering bitterness.
