The Bellini Bambini

Get your paisan on with this beer-centric version of a peach and blood orange Bellini, the classic Italian prosecco and fruit refresher. We brewed a light kettle sour with equal parts pilsner malt and malted wheat. We then fermented it with fresh peach puree, Italian blood orange juice and white wine grape must to produce a beer with fresh peach and citrus flavors and a crisp, champagne-like finish.
