Waste Not

Brewed to celebrate the release of the film “WastED - The story of food waste” & inspired by the creative resourcefulness of prison hooch masters, Waste Not! is an exercise in utility & invention. We requested our chefs, cooks & bartenders save what would normally be thrown away & we got a whole lot of good stuff to make great flavor. Dozens of rolls, tomato scraps & citrus rinds were blended with a base of malted wheat & barley to create a bready, fruity & refreshing wheat ale rich with character.
