Red Choker

Berliner-ish sour ale with lots of whole cherries added on the secondary fermentation. No-regrets-cherry-beer.
Red Choker is a symbol of tragic romance, of passion confined in a cage of guilt and bigotry. Being true to one’s self should not be a secret agenda while keeping appearances and conform to public opinion. Should not, and yet it seldom is otherwise: we feel guilty of our indulgences, passions, opinions, even our bodies. It is a long way to be recognized, to be accepted, and the first step is to confess to yourself and absolve yourself once and for all.
