True Puritan

You got to admire people with strong convictions: they don’t cut corners, never stray from their path, going through life having most of the questions already answered. Hard decisions are made with little or none second guessing and even mistakes become justified by intent. We are not there yet, our minds are open for different ideas yet we can respect one’s worldview, to a degree. Our “True Puritan” American Pilsner is very restrained, some may say conservative beer tiptoeing on the edge of balance between Old World traditions and New World bias: a full-bodied lager with fruity hops aroma. It’s a beer of choice for diehards, but fortunately no ones’s going to be hurt by that choice.
