Yum Kimil

Sour-sweet ale with guava & passion fruit//
Yum Kimil is a god that holds dominion over just one of the myriads of hells – Xibalbá. Hard to imagine worshipping this entity in lush tropical forests of Yukatan, where everything around screams life. But any state of things needs balance, so where’s so much life should be that much death as well, joy and fear equally shared and their importance respected. The gods are just there, pulling the strings and taking their due while we enjoy what we can at the same time mustering our strength to accept the inevitable.
