Nelson Sauvin Brut Chardonnay Barrels (2020)

Our biere de champagne is made with champagne yeast and then subsequently aged on chardonnay barrels for three months. This yields a complex and very dry beer with an aroma and taste that does not stray too far from white wine or champagne.
