Scratch 25 - Blood Orange Hefeweizen

A mildly spicy and wildly refreshing German wheat beer. Our Blood Orange Hefeweizen has a hazy hue and imparts a strong citrus aroma. Hefeweizen is a combination of two German words: "hefe" meaning yeast and "weizen" meaning wheat. The hefeweizen yeast produces soft fruity esters and a clove spiciness that is complemented by the addition of blood oranges.
