Our Scratch #28 is a Czech Pilsner. The style of beer originated in the Pilsen region of the Czech Republic, and was the first blonde lager ever produced. This style revolutionized the brewing world by being the first beer to be sparkling clear instead of hazy. Our pilsner has floral aromatics and a medium malt body, with a subtle bitterness.
