Exotic Punch

"Exotic Punch" is an American sour ale at 3.5% abv with Passion fruit, Mango and Lactose. Exotic Punch has a beautiful bright sun-like yellow color and a cloudy appearance like -pure- tropical juice. The aroma is dominant of passion fruit and ripe mango which are blending well together. As you begin to sip this beer you will at first get a moderately sweet and fluffy juice-like mouthfeel impression from the mango flesh and lactose but it will quickly be balanced by the bright passion fruit tartness in the finish which helps increase the ease of drinking and cut through the long chain residual sugars in this beer. As your glass warms up and you are left with a few drops in you might crave for more as the tropical fruit comes out even more intense... Cheers to the summer and all of you who are tasting/drinking this beer!
