Tulum

"Tulum" is a Mexican-style Amber lager at 3.8% abv. The beer uses a variety of colored malts such as different crystal malts and a touch of roasted malts as well. Malts truly shine in this beer with aroma and taste of toasted bread, countryside bread, toasted walnut, light caramel and even subtle roast notes. the mouthfeel is smooth and chewy at first but the finish is rather dry with a slight mineral bite and a pleasant aftertaste of dark toasted bread crusts and a faint of caramel candy. Tulum shows you that an amber lager can be as good and refreshing as a Helles on a hot summer day!
