Rozé

A refreshing fusion of flavor, this bubbly brew blurs the lines of what beer can be. Inspired by fruity, bone-dry rosé wine, we brewed this hybrid session beer with pilsner malt, rice, rosehips, hibiscus, and a touch of Nelson Sauvin hops. These elements, combined with a Japanese saké yeast fermentation, achieve the familiar notes of tart cherry, green melon, & red plum found in rosé -- all without stomping a single grape.
