Interlude

Coming at you live, a lyrical addition rising from the sea of IPAs and sour ales: Interlude!  A light and sour IPA that’s absorbed the best of two expressive styles:  moderate bitterness and life-giving sour. Layered into it all is the delicate texture of oatmeal and lactose, along with the fruit and citrus notes that comes from double hopping with Citra and Mosaic. Interlude: an original and balanced composition.
