Small batch brews are one-off beers from our pilot kit, or trial beers we have brewed with limited availability.
Caramel and toffee malt balanced with tropical and resinous new world hops and a light bitterness.
Malts: Pale, Crystal, Dark Crystal, Carafa and Dextrin
Hops: Mosaic, Equinox, Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau Blanc
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 - American Ale
