Small Batch: Callista Red Rye IPA

Small batch brews are one-off beers from our pilot kit, or trial beers we have brewed with limited availability.
A red rye IPA brewed with a new German hop variety. Balancing juicy and pithy resinous bitterness perfectly, this Callista and Amarillo hopped IPA is packed with mango, kiwi, toffee, stonefruit, marmalade and spice.
Malts: Extra Pale, Rye, Crystal, Dark Crystal and Acidulated
Hops: Magnum, Calista and Amarillo
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 - American Ale
