Favorite Influencer

Favorite Influencer is a different sort of IPA that celebrates our infatuation with acidity. No other taste seems to have a greater influence on the way we perceive flavor. We dig the brightness that acidity brings to food and drinks, the way it can take the taste experience to new levels of intensity. We kettle-soured a hazy IPA with very restrained bitterness from Citra, Azacca and Sabro hops in the whirlpool, and dryhopped it with a crap-ton of Australian Nelson Sauvin hops. The lactic acidity pushes the tropical, citrus and white grape flavors of the hops to fruit punch juice levels, providing an almost mimosa-esque drinking experience.
