Onside Kick

Onside Kick is a Golden Ale that combines the multidimensional flavors of a grapefruit with just a hint of Himalayan peppercorn zest. Brewed with both Comet and Citra hops, it’s got a big grapefruit taste and scent, with more subtle notes of orangey citrus. We add entire grapefruits to this brew – that’s right, the flesh and rinds – and then throw some Himalayan peppercorns into the mix to give it a unique citrusy and smoky aroma. Lastly, we dry hop Onside Kick with even more Comet and Citra hops during fermentation to make it an unbelievably juicy treat!
