Peach-a-Boo!

Here at Dogfish Head, learning is a never-ending process and that's a huge part of our success. As part of her training, assistant brewer Leah Toomey learned the basics of recipe formulation, and she recently put those skills to work in the creation of her first commercial beer recipe ... Peach-a-Boo! With this tasty recipe, Leah aimed to brew a beer featuring her favorite summer flavors. The juiciness of the peach is amped up by tart hibiscus, working hand-in-hand to compliment the approachable hoppiness of this pale ale. Cask-conditioned for maximum deliciousness, Peach-a-Boo! is the perfect beer to enjoy during the dog days of summer.
