Recombinant

Splice the genes of a traditional porter and an East Coast IPA and you get Recombinant, a black IPA fro the mid-Atlantic. Dry and slightly roasty, this one gets its hop punch from piney Pacific Northwest Simcoe and tropical New Zealand Topaz and Wakatu hops.
