Viniferous IPA

Fermented with Riesling and Viognier grape musts and hopped with German and Australian hop varieties, this beer/wine hybrid fuses the hoppiness of an IPA with the fruity complexity of a dry white wine. Thanks to the hops, notes of honeydew melon, white grape and tropical fruit are prominent in this light bodied and dry hybrid.
