Черемуха (Bird-Cherry)

Times change, but bird-cherry remains the same. In the old times in Russia there was a saying that standing in the shade of a bird-cherry tree in blossom could make any illness go away. The berries were use as an antiseptic, and the bark was believed to frighten away the Black Death. In the current days, filled with troubles and anxiety, bird-cherry frightens away the protesters. It’s an ingredient of neuroparalytic gas, used to break up the protest marches.
RPA (Russian Pale Ale) is stylistically close to APA (American Pale Ale), but only seemingly so. With the high initial denseness of 16%, it’s strong but drinkable, without alcohol scent, this beer keeps aromas of the herbs and slightly tanning bitterness of bird-cherries. We wish you to meet this bitterness only in your beer mug.
