Scratch 26 - North American Pale Ale

Scratch #26 is a North American Pale Ale that is lightly dry-hopped with a blend of Ekuanot, Rakau, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Citra hops. A lighter character and citrus flavours from the hop blend differentiate this style from its cousin the India Pale Ale, while both are refreshing, an APA has a balance of malts and hops.
