Small Batch West Coast IPA

Scratch #36 is a West Coast IPA! This India Pale Ale is bursting with pine and citrus hop aromas. Copious amounts of Centennial, Cascade, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops were added to the brewing process for maximum hop flavour, and the brew was heavily dry-hopped to create an aromatic beer. Our West Coast IPA pours a bright amber in colour and has small, tight bubbles before finishing dry.
