Caffe Latte

Caffe Latte is an American blonde ale at 5.5% abv with coffee and lactose. We infused the base beer on 24 kgs of freshly roasted whole coffee beans (roasted 1 day before infusion) for 24 hours. We kept a low color thanks to our friends at The Brick Roastery who roasted the beans in a unique way: a low temperature below 200C for about 10 mins.
