To Øl Illegal S!PA, is a delicate illegally good sour-mashed IPA. It is made with To Øl's own Brett strain trademarked as "Instant Crush" a Pear strain locally cultivated in Tore's (founder) family farm, giving a tart, sour edge to the IPA. A Funky Fresh IPA for enjoyable sessions.
