Insane In the Grain Wheat & Citra IPA

Some of you may remember our original 'Insane In The Grain' Multigrain IPA. The Insane In The Grain project explores the extreme use of grains. For the Wheat & Citra edition we used 60% wheat, which is quite a heavy load and matchet it up with Citra hops, as the crisp and rustique expression is balanced out with the citrussy notes of this hop.
